PJ Monson M.S., NASM, PN1 (founder) has been a personal trainer and fitness coach in the health industry for over eight years. Accredited with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, PJ has trained in several major cities including Chicago, Washington D.C., Madrid, Spain, and now New York City. PJ primarily focuses on motivational weight loss programs for women, functional training for long distance runners, circuit training, bride boot camps, and in developing an overall healthy lifestyle. In addition to NASM, PJ is certified in kettlebell training, TRX resistance training, and pre/post natal care. She is also a NASM certified performance enhancement specialist (skills in strength, power, and endurance training for athletes), and most recently became a certified nutritionist with Precision Nutrition. In 2013 PJ graduated from NYU with a M.S. in Communication. This degree gave her the skill set in developing her company MyFitMojo.com, enabling her to broaden her reach and share her messages to the health and wellness community all over the world.
